A varied mountain hike through the impressive alpine landscape around Mount Brisen.
From Dallenwil, the cable car takes us to the mountain station in Niederrickenbach in just 8 minutes.
From Niederrickenbach, the trail climbs steadily towards the idyllic Brisenhaus. After a short break, we continue along scenic mountain trails through the Peterslücke towards Haldigrat. The impressive panorama of the Central Swiss Alps accompanies us throughout the hike. The varied descent takes us via Chrüzhütte and across expansive alpine meadows and mountain landscapes back to Niederrickenbach, where the cable car takes us back down to Dallenwil.
The combination of challenging ascents, varied trails and spectacular viewpoints makes this tour a truly special mountain experience.
Getting there
Take the train from Lucerne to Dallenwil (Niederrickenbach valley station) or travel by car. Paid parking spaces are available at the Niederrickenbach valley station.
